Really great service from BA

So I booked a custom trip with BA a couple of weeks ago

16/08 LHR-MCO
7 nights residence Inn
05/09 MCO-LGW

I had booked the residence Inn near seaworld part of our trip for the first 7 nights of our stay. Started to regret that decision as
A) thought we might get more done at Disney staying their first and being up and out early whilst jet lag is on our side

B) Discovery cove tickets are £50 cheaper pp for dates in our last week compared to our first

Had been trying to ring them which has been near impossible. Any way got through today and the lady moved my hotel booking wavering the amendment fee which my t and C's state I should have paid (£100). On top of that mentioned that my eldest is autistic and she has pre booked all our seats free of charge.
I really don't think I would use anyone else in the future.

Could you advise which number you used to get through, we've got a BA flight + 1 night in Miami and I can't seem to find a way of navigating their numbers to actually speak to a human being. Tried the chat which was next to useless.

Tks

Do you have twitter? I find it really easy to get things sorted that way, they sorted my special assistance that way last week.

Nice they did that for you. I think their customer service is patchy though. They put a £100 change fee on my holiday which I didn't realise - it was them that cancelled not me. Have been chasing for ages and no reply. Getting really peed off

That was the number I used I had tried about 8 times this morning before finally getting into the que at around 11am. I was then waiting for around 20 minutes. What I would say is even when it says If your holiday is outside of 8 weeks to call back still hold on.
I also tried online chat but they said they couldn't deal with a custom trip.

So sorry to hear this I'm actually really surprised. Guess it does depend which customer care agent you get.
