There is shuttle bus which runs from the airport approx every 30 minutes and this goes to all the Disney hotels. We have been to Euro Disney four times now and have always used this service. If you booked through a travel agent they can organise this for you, if not I am sure there is a link on the Disneylandparis website which will take you to the shuttle companies website. The last time we went we booked everything seperate and just paid when we boarded the bus.

The train is the TGV. Takes 10 minutes and goes to the entrance to the parks/Disney Village, which is a 10-minute walk to the hotels.

We didn't manage to take it though - train strike when we went!
