Is this place any good for a day out folks?...I see they do a Sloth interaction experience and thinking about it for the family as a different day out.

Looks to be around $180 for the 4 of us and that includes access to the gator and wildlife parks as well...

Any info / hints / tips welcome

I'm presuming you're doing an airboat ride for that price too? We did it in 2016 as a family group of 8 with kids ranging from 2-14 and everybody enjoyed it. The airboat ride was really good and the zoo was great to look around. They didn't have the sloth interaction then, so they've added that. I'd recommend it. It's not a full day out, probably about 3-4hrs, but worth it

We did the sloth interaction and airboat ride in 2015 and all enjoyed it,good day out.Thinking of doing it again this year!

Wild Florida is really good. Went there in 2017 as part of a discount with park tickets. It as a bit of a trek to get there though.

We loved the airboat ride at Wild Florida but if it’s the sloth interaction you are interested in please think about visiting Amazing Animals as an alternative, the work they do with their animals is brilliant and you get the opportunity to go into the sloth enclosure and feed and stroke them as well as interacting with other animals.

We were there at beginning of January and had a great day. Takes around 40 mins to get there and we were there from 10am to maybe 4pm. Done the airboat ride and went around the zoo stopping for the alligator and animal shows. Food there is very reasonable and good quality. We had a great day 4 adults 4 kids aged 6-10)
