Linking MNSSHP tickets

Hi all,

I’m trying to link my Halloween party tickets to MDE but it keeps coming up with a message ‘We’re having trouble getting ticket information right now’ has anyone experienced this before? Do they normally take a while to link? It’s our first time to MNSSHP.

If you can't sort it phone the Disney freephone technical support number they should be able to help you.

Ours appeared instantly, but MDe is super glitchy at the best of times!

Just bought ours yesterday. 2 out of 3 are showing in MDE on my PC but all 3 are showing on the app. Hopefully it'll sort itself out before booking FP+, I prefer to do this on PC rather than the app.

Try log out and back in or give it a day or 2, MDE is very glitchy.
