DDP - Upgrade to annual pass

Hi all

DS is with us now and we’re on the DDP. Fortunately he’s returning next year with his girlfriend and we’re just wondering if we could upgrade his ticket to an annual pass. He’ll be staying off-site.

Have a look on the my Disney app if you’ve linked it to his tickets I think it gives you an point there but must be done before current pass expires

Yes, just needs to be done before his current pass expires- If he has been to a Waterpark then his only option would be a Plat plus. All AP have just jumped in price so I believe a P+ is $1200 plus tax

It might be cheaper to buy a separate ticket given the price of the annual pass plus- but worth getting a quote- remember off site annual pass he can only book 7 days of fast passes, I think this would put me off.

Yes, you can upgrade his current ticket to an Annual Pass. The upgrade price should be the cost of the AP minus the cost of his current ticket, but prices seem to vary.

I'm not sure why you mentioned the DDP though? Upgrading the ticket has nothing to do with the Disney Dining Plan.
