Is Debenhams staff discount valid at Virgin Holidays?

Does anyone know if Debenhams staff discount can be used at Virgin Holidays?

I know NHS discount is, but I've found that they can normally give you a better deal, I always mention it

I don't know but if it is I know someone who works there . I know that you can't use the corporate cards any longer but I did wonder if a staff member bought gift cards so they get a discount and if so could we use them ?

Yes I used the corporate card discount in order he past. Just trying to see any other ways to get a discount. Wouldn’t want to get a staff member into trouble for it though.

Can you use gift cards these days? I was told I couldn’t cause I had the flying club discount on but they told me that last time but still let me

I'm led to believe after asking virgin that you can't use the corporate gift card ( ie the one you get through work that gives you 10-12% off - that was stopped a few years ago... but you can use cards bought in the store which are a different barcode or something ?

I used to work for debenhams 3 years ago, we used to get 5% but flying club discount was more

You just sign up to their flying club you don’t need to be a frequent flyer. And with this you get 7% off holidays
