Help with booking with Disney UK

Hello

We were originally going to book DIY flights with virgin and hotel with Disney but I have decided to book a package direct with Disney UK this weekend. I am used to booking with virgin but have no experience of booking with Disney so need your help.

I have checked it all out online but I am going to book over the phone unless they won't match the online price as I prefere to speak to someone. So is there anything I need to know, things to make sure I ask for etc, you know all those little things that you know to ask if you always book with them.

Also if I book with them and pay a deposit ~ I think it was £270, so I guess the deposit is 10%? how long have I got where I can cancel the booking and only lose this deposit ~ I tried to look on the website but the page wouldn't load for me, and how far before you go do you have to pay the full balance?

Thanks in advance

I booked with them last week and paid £50 per person non refundable deposit. You need to pay the full balance 56 days before you go. I can't remember the % of holiday cost you need to pay for cancellation at varying times.

Lydia and Bev ~ thanks for that ~ maybe the online deposit is greater than the over the phone deposit ~ will be very happy if the deposit is only £50pp

We paid £540 for a flight inclusive package for 2ad & 2ch
And £50 per person when we were just booking the hotel and tickets.

When I booked I just requested our room preferences... can't think of anything else you may need to ask for? I had it booked for a few weeks when I called to request that our room be in a certain area, so I guess you could book and if you forget anything then just call them back... they are very helpful.

Oh yeah and I'm pretty sure the final balance is due 10 weeks before departure.
