Sounds like a lovely birthday. Great idea to do the monorail resorts. I totally agree that wilderness lodge is beautiful, I'd love to stay there too one day.

Just caught up. Really enjoying. So pleased to see Cabana Bay. We went in 2017 and loved it back didn’t make it back this may. We’ve got 5 nights earmarked for 2021
 Longhorn looks great

Perfect birthday celebrations. I feel I need to have an actual birthday there...perhaps when the kids leave school!
It’s nice to enjoy a bit of Disney without the parks, I think we appreciated our time there a little bit more as we weren’t rushing off to the parks. How great you got to see Stitch on your monorail tour-can’t believe the cupcake turned their teeth blue  Wilderness Lodge would be my dream hotel, well it is if I ever got to stay over the festive period not that I would knock it back any other time! Longhorns, yummy, you really had a great birthday

So glad you had a lovely birthday, it all sounds perfect. We're planning on doing a monorail trip this year, so it was really good to see where you stopped at and some of the snacks on offer. I didn't know that Dole Whips were available anywhere other than MK
 But I do now!  Great choice for your birthday dinner - Flo's filet is always my choice there. All of your meals at Longhorns look fantastic and it was nice to finish with a birthday dessert too.
