Packing cubes and other holiday essentials

Put all the packing cubes on our cases today. Quite like how coordinated it looks
(Don’t know why it’s upside down, even when I rotate it!)

That’s lovely. Good to have a light colour lining so you can see inside properly. My holiday bag has a black lining and I’m always having to rummage.🤬

Looks good. This is why I like packing cubes, so neat and tidy, nothing would fall out of the cases were opened (tsa) or damaged.

Absolutely, and when I unpack it’s so quick and I can just grab the colours and know exactly which person the clothes belong too.

Also, I hadn’t considered the cases getting damaged. After a very unfortunate mishap with a case a few years back, I can see how the packing cubes would help.

You lot are a bad influence - I was looking for packing tips and am now deliberating between Mia Tui bag colours 🤣 They look perfect for travel - I’m the organiser in our family, so usually end up carrying everything we could possibly need (passports, printed documents, hand wipes, tissues, snacks, hand sanitiser etc.) plus the stuff that my boys can’t fit in their trouser pockets 🙄 so I think the Jen should be ideal! I’m 5’ 7.5” so will let you know how manageable it is as a general carry-around bag after I have used it a few times.
As for packing cubes - how have I reached my mid-forties not knowing about these?! Reminds me of when I discovered roasting bags a few years ago… what a revelation that was 😆
On another related topic, does anyone know where to find a nice pair of culottes? I usually wear skirts but would appreciate a little modesty when clambering on and off rides at the parks, plus I think they would be great for flights: warm enough for the UK but swishy and cool for the Florida heat. Any info would be greatly appreciated, thank you 🌺
