Too risky, don’t anyone do it is my advice.
See Andy at DFCH, he’s got the best deals.
I used an Amex business discount code with Hertz 4 years in a row - dont even have an Amex card. Just gave them my visa and never once did they query it.

In fact I still get business rate emails from them even now.

Fair enough, but I personally wouldn't want to take the chance and would only use a code that related to my credit card/individual circumstances in case there would be void coverage of insurance if it came to light, including void coverage of any purchase of additional insurance I had taken. I don't want to sound a "party pooper" and I am always searching for the best rates too, but I just think there is a risk if you use a code that you are not eligible to use.

Wish I was seeing that.

Paid £400 for 15 days this month 30/4-15/5.

Just had a quote from Andy for our October trip 14 days £600!

These are great prices. I'm going in July and it's 900 for 2 weeks intermediate car! Hoping for a bit of a drop

Thanks for the heads up of prices dropping slightly.

I currently have 2 bookings with Andy - 1 has gone up by loads and the other has dropped by £140 so very happy.

Yeah noticed today that prices with Alamo have gone down £400 in 2 days. Hopefully it’s the start of them coming down.

Coming down, almost to Andy's price. Let's hope it keeps dropping as it's still way too much!
