Netflights - Aer Lingus seat selection

Has anyone booked Aer Lingus flights via Netflights? I am wondering if there is any way to select seats, or do you have to just wait until check in?

The price is so much cheaper than booking direct but it puts me off if we can't guarantee sitting together. Thanks! 😁

You can ask them for the airline reference number.

Sometimes (most of the time) you need to have paid in full before they can release the reference and allow you to book seats.

Have you got through to the payment page yet?- I have seen lots of flights on Skyscanner (similar to Netflights) and gone through to pay and the price increases dramatically!

Netflights is an agent selling tickets and is now part of Emirates, it's quite different to Skyscanner.

We booked aer lingus flights through netflights. Paid in full, got airline reference and messaged aer lingus via messenger with our seat requests (did a dummy booking on aer lingus direct to see what seats were still available) and got them booked.

Ahh yes Skyscanner is really bad for that, I used to find that site useful but the prices are always way out now. Netflights is much better. Got to the payment page and it's £523 direct from Manchester instead of £648 on Aer Lingus' own website 😁
