I have run this too and yes very hot!

Is your daughter a runner?

Their are water stations and lots of people about - I don't personally think safety is an issue - she just needs to drink plenty and take her time.

It's a part of the course that you have to go round twice. It's not very scenic with bushes either side of you ... think of it like a wide maze as you can't see over the top of the bushes, but it feels like it goes on for miles and miles and miles

I did this last September as I wanted to say I had done it!
However because we were on the Eastern and unable to dock at St Thomas due to weather we had an early dock at C Cay so we adid the run early, and when I say run I did not, I power walked the whole way instead.
Doing it early was great before it was as hot but on a normal C Cay day I can imagine the heat being quite difficult as the temperature rose rapidly as the sun did.
I think if you keep hydrated and pace the walking you will be fine.
