In general, I think the rooms are the same size. There are some special rooms that differ due to ship shape, but if you check room sizes (not including verandas) all the rooms about cat. 11 and below those for 5+ people are the same inside.

They are addictive. We have done inside, ocean view, verandah and concierge and I think ocean views is the best deal for the short cruises. We always book at the front or back as less footfall past your cabin but it is further to walk and you feel the movement of the ship more. To be closer go for centre cabins in the middle if you are also worried about see sickness.

Ooh we have just booked our second cruise for next november! We stayed in a veranda room last year as there was a five of us, and the price has shot up a lot for next year (obviously) even though there are only four of us. We originally booked into a ocean view room but when the prices came out on thursday, i checked online and it was only £100 more for extended veranda so we are now doing that! Keep you eyes peeled for all the room category prices! Either way, its being on the ship that counts, no matter what your room! You will LOVE it.
