I emailed them and they never got back to me, so done a live chat and got it booked straight away and had an email confirmation within a few minutes

Great! glad you got it sorted, the thing I remember about the journey last time was that the turning off the highway for Wild Florida was a sunpass only? So we panicked and ended up travelling miles out of our way then going into a garage, getting instructions and coming back the other way. does anyone else know if this is still the same?

I assumed you could only book entrance tickets and encounters directly through Wild Florida! Do you have to book each activity separately?

The entrance tickets are included in the animal encounter and airboats rides, I booked the tickets then once I got the voucher through I contacted them and booked a time for the airboat ride and encounter

If you don't already know it is free entrance until the end of this year. Still pay for boat tickets, encounters etc
