The hotel looks gorgeous and you look so relaxed by the pool, it all sounds fab. We are definitely going to try Cowfish the next time we're there, I've read so many great reports about it.

Sapphire Falls looks really nice, the lobby is beautiful. I had a great night in RPH and would love to stay there again, last year we did Universal for a week and just couldn't quite justify the extra money for the express passes (not massive ride junkies) so went with early entry and a fabulous week at Cabana Bay instead. I don't regret it at all it was a great hotel-I hope your park days go well without the express passes.
