Walking through World Showcase Before 11am

Am I right in thinking that the World Showcase doesn't open until 11am?

We have an ADR booked for 10am at Cape May Cafe in the Beach Club at 10am and was hoping to make the most of EMH from 8am in Epcot first and then walk over to the BC via WS and the International Gateway. Can anyone tell me if this will be possible or will world showcase be roped off at Canada?

Almost without doubt there will be no rope.

Those at BC and YC wanting to take advantage of EMH will enter the park at the Intl Gateway and walk round via Canada to the Theme Park.

You can enter world showcase at 9 as Frozen and the cafe in France open then
