Can someone please help me understand what's happening with my fp window?!

I'm really confused, is it my maths?

So we've booked a night at a Disney hotel on the 21st August. So by my calculations that would mean our 60 day window opens up today, which it has for the 21st... and also for the 22nd? I'm confused, I thought they opened up a day at a time.
Also, does that mean we won't be able to book fast passes for the rest of our stay until the 30 day window? I'd understood from here that people had found if you book a night you're then able to get the 60 day window for the rest of your stay even if you're not in the hotel anymore?

It opens up for the duration of your stay, so you have check in day and check out day.

Moving forward you'll be able to book one day at a time.

Ah ok. So The day after tomorrow I should then be able to book for 24th August?
