Special Price 3/4 Day DCL Cruises Sept 2007
Just to elaborate on *Sources* earlier postings on other threads:
(thank you *Source*  )At the moment DCL have special prices for many of their 3 and 4 night Bahamian cruises in Sept 2007 (effectively 2 and 3 days respectively). Rates for 3 night from $389 pp, and $449 for the 4 night (so worth the extra if you can fit this in !). Good prices are also being offered for the 7 night cruises (Eastern & Western) from $799. And the 10 day transatlantic crossing on 18th August (Europe back to the US) is a snip at $1099pp... if you don't like flying (lol). This includes all meals, soft drinks, shows and a trip to the Bahamas to boot ! The payable extras are alcoholic drinks, spa treatments, organised excursions (optional), bingo (there's no casino BTW) and tips (check out the official set guidelines for tipping as these are an important cost to include as they are "expected"). You have to book before this Sunday though (5th August 2007) - unless they extend this deadline  Remember, if all prices are equal it may make sense to book direct with DCL and grab any onboard credits they are offering (credits to spend on board the ship) and then transfer to a reputable US cruise specialist, and also benefit by getting their onboard credit offers too (as long as you have not paid the final balance). You will not normally, be disadvantaged in any way by this move - booking terms usually remain the same and you will still get access on line to your booking on the DCL website (meaning you can still make advanced reservations for the spa, Palo restaurant etc) ! Also worth noting that if you have already booked one of these September cruises through DCL and/or a US cruise specialist, you may be able to get the discount rates applied to your booking if it is cheaper - you should ask if you think you qualify, as its not applied automatically !
