I think that the reason the final total is not 10% is that certain items such as Airport Use Tax will not be discounted.

Agreed, they always are good. I would recommend booking via the Virgin Atlantic website as that way you get your documents in about an hour. Sometimes with Virgin Holidays they only E Mail them to you 30 days before your hire, even that changes though!

I can confirm this, VA and VH are both offering one free extra driver. i phoned VH who said the documents were not sent until a couple of weeks before departure. I booked through VA and had my documents with a link to OLCI within five minutes.
