Disney Springs Pick up

Hi, we have booked our Orlando holiday for next May with Virgin. The woman who we booked it with told us that, if we took our cases to disney springs on our leaving day and checked in there, that our coach to the airport would pick us up from disney springs instead of our hotel, anyone else done this? I can't find any information anywhere!

You can check your luggage in at a Virgin desk down by Cirque but never heard of a hotel pick up there (not saying it doesn't

. I wonder if she was getting confused with the bag check in.

It sounds like she's a bit confused.

You can drop your cases off at Disney Springs, but you would be using the Magical Express to get back to the airport, and that runs from the hotels not from Disney Springs.
