Thanks. It seems that RC and NCL are coming out at similar prices but with the drinks and tips included, it will save us quite a bit I should imagine.

Just come back from the NCL Spirit cruise to the Holy Land. Fabulous ports, Venice, Split, Kotor, Cyprus, Crete, Hafia and Rhodes. Weather fantastic apart from 3 days 2 of these were sea days and it was very windy and hence cold and Kotor was freezing, but we were up in the mountains. All beautiful places. Jerusalem and Bethlehem were fascinating even though I am not religious. I even paddled in the river Jordan, full biblical experience.

Never cruised with NCL, it was slightly better than Carnival in terms of service, food and shows. The ship did show signs of wear and tear especially in the suites. Not that we stayed in one of those, but I did get to see 2 on the last day.

Can any previous Easter cruisers share their experience of the Easter Canaries cruise in terms of weather and ports? Easter will be early next year.
