I can see how much I am still due but can’t open the statement or pay!

Just opened mine and can see the statement now. Can’t figure it out though-there are 6 transactions for 16th which make no sense. Apparently I only have $400 left to pay but that doesn’t add up with the total and then the transaction on the statement. Why does this have to be so complicated 😳

I can see we have a credit balance of $56 but can’t actually view the statement, every time I click for the statement it then logs me out.

I don't want to look - and I can't anyway, can't even log in at moment, I get a 501 bad gateway error screen.

Finally in and all paid. However couldn't see the statement to see what the credit is. All I know is I am a few hundred £ up from what I normally pay. Will save for next year.
