Confused with banking points
Have been a member since 2002 and still don’t understand the banking system, I have until end of January to bank all my points, ( June use year). I Want to make a booking for aug, so if I book now for August and If I need to cancel, (will only need to cancel if we can’t go because of Covid) then what will happen to my points, Will I then be able to bank them to next year. Don’t normally have this issue as always use my points every year.

You can only bank for one year, so your June 2020 points can be banked into June 2021 but must be used by 31st May 2022.

Glad it's not just me, I've also owned since 2002 and often have to ask other member friends about things I really should know inside out!
 It's all so confusing this year, like you we normally use our points every year so having 2 years of points split across 5 different contracts has made my head hurt! |

A) Not to miss the deadline or they have to be used by 31st May 2021 & B) If you want to book for July/August 2021 they would have to be moved into the June 2021 use year anyway. |
