Current Restrictions/Rules

Just thought that I would update on current rules as far as our experience with cancelling bookings:
Original stay was Sept 2019, modified to May 2020 then we made the decision to cancel- when we changed it last year we mistakenly thought that things might have improved!

Anyway I contacted MS as I was hoping to save the borrowed '21 points but was expecting to get "hee haw", so pleasantly surprised to find that we were able to Bank the '20 points & the '21 points have returned to their UY

Just need BA to move our flights now
