"Dropping off" at WDW parks...
Hi all
We're staying in a villa when we go to WDW in a few weeks (ie, not at a WDW resort). my question is, there are going to be days when my parents want to go off with the car doing other stuff whilst we wear the kids out in one of the disney parks. Is it possible for my folks to drop us off at disney (say, the gates at MK) in the car without having to pay $15 at the toll plaza? Would be a tad annoying having to pay for a full day's parking just to drop us off... Many thanks! |

Yes you can do this we did it on our last day at mk as we decided to split up and meet later for dinner, we told them we were dropping off and they told us where to go no probs at all 😊

At MK you can be dropped at the park. As you approach the toll booths, take the far right hand lane (not the VERY furthest, that's for busses). Tell the cast member you want to drop off at MK. You will be directed to the park and you don't need to pay the parking fee. Once you have dropped off you keep driving round the lake and past the GF and the Polynesian.

Did drop off AK, at the booths tell the CM you are dropping off, you will be directed to follow the blue line for disabled parking, once there you again will be stopped by a CM, he will direct you to the drop off point.
At MK we were directed to the TTC were the Taxi's park up. |

We did this at HS, waved through at booths when told dropping off, think they gave us a ticket. Husband dropped us near entrance. Got buses when we were done and met them at DTD.
