How long for the florida disabled badge to arrive ?

Hello,

We applied for our disabled badge for our holiday on the 5th June and we still have not received it. I'm sure last time it came within a week or so. Wondered if anybody else had not received theirs or has had a delay?

When did you call them to make payment?

We applied last Sunday, had email from them Monday asking us to call to make payment. I called them Tuesday and they said it would be posted that day. I am expecting it to arrive next week.

I think last time I applied it arrived within about a week of making payment.

We spoke to them on the 5th June. We had already done all the documents via email and received the phone number to ring a few days before. I think it must have been lost in the post because when we did this on previous holidays we received it within a week. I just wanted to double check that things had not changed as its been two years since our last Florida trip. Thanks

Definitely about 7 days when I did it for May. I'd chase and say it hasn't arrived. They might be able to reissue

Just for an update. We finally received the placard today 3 weeks after it was sent.

Mine took 10days but that inc. 2 weekends x

Mine took 4 working days, sent email and made payment on 26th June placard arrived 1st July. I was surprised how quick it was!

Who did you all email?

I have just emailed the Osceola office and received an automated reply saying the no longer issue out of country tags and they have to be done in person.
