$200 vs $100 gift card

I was looking at booking Disney direct for summer 2020 a couple of weeks ago and they had free dining and $200 gift card. Now its free dining and $100 gift card. Have I missed a booking deadline? Or are they likely to go back to $200 gift card soon?

It won't come back, if you book between launch day and July 1st its $200, but after July 1st it drops to $100. Happens every year they drop the gift card value part way through the booking period

Ah thanks, good to know. That explains why I only got $100 this year vs $200 previously as well then.

Try pricing up with ATD tickets they tend to offer a higher value gift card and are slightly cheaper than booking direct with Disney.
