I have to agree with Mazbar it’s an amazing combo if you like waffles with bacon and maple syrup try it
Now I never eat waffles but do like maple cured bacon on a hot cross bun

We also bought some cheese and Marmite slices on our last trip to the corner shop. They were OK in a toastie but I nibbled the last one for supper last night and, to be frank, the Marmite was a tad overpowering compare with the HCBs

We've been having the Tesco Salted Caramel and Chocolate Chip Hot Cross Buns. I like them with Lurpak, untoasted and DH, toasted. I also like them with loads of fruit and spice.

Ooooh yes. I had one today - from Asda - it wasn't very good - more a fruit bun.

Had one from Tesco at the weekend - excellent, full of juicy fruit, nicely spiced and very sticky on the outside.

It's a no from me. I do like most things, but bread with sultanas in is a no. I don't like Christmas cake either for similar reasons...

Do all hot cross buns have sultanas in? do they do them without them? But then I guess that would just turn them into a regular bun... ?! I've no idea!

Yes, M&S luxury hot cross buns. I have them plain, and chopped in half.
