Old brain. Need help!
Hello!
We went to Florida in 2016. We had a 14 day pass that allowed us in and out of Disney parks as we wished. We had a 2-day universal pass and fast passes. We would like to visit again next year. We are only really interested in universal/IOA and magic kingdom/Epcot. We are however confused by changes in systems since we were last there. So some questions from my ageing brain! Is it still possible to buy a 7 or 14 day pass for Disney parks that allows you to come and go as you please? Or do you have to pick exactly what day you are planning to go within that 14 days? Can you still go to two different parks on the same day? Thank you |

For Disney, you can still buy a 7 or 14-day ticket, but on top of that you have to reserve park passes for each day. Without park passes, your tickets alone won't let you in the parks.
Once you have been in your pre planned park, from 2pm you can go to another Disney park. For Universal it's much simpler, you just buy tickets and you go to whatever park you want. No park passes needed. |

Thank you that’s a good simple reply, just what I needed!
So, we could go to magic kingdom one day if we had a pass, then later that same day/evening, we could decide to go elsewhere, and we wouldn’t need a pass for that second place? Is this all since covid? |

Welcome to the DIBB!
Yes, you can still get the same 7 and 14 day tickets for Disney in the UK. The UK 14-day tickets allow you to go on any days within any 14 day period in that year. However you do have to book park reservations but those are something different, and in addition, to tickets. So, although you can buy 14-day tickets that allow you to visit on any day in any 14 day period, you'll then have to book specific park reservations for each day before you go. At least at the moment. There's more info about park reservations on Disney website here: disneyworld/experi...-reservations/ Yes, the 14-day tickets allow you to park hop. However, the park reservation system only allows you to go to a second (or third or fourth) park after 2pm. You don't need a park reservation for the second (or third or fourth) park - only the first one you enter. So, for example, if you wanted to go to Magic kingdom in the morning and then to Epcot in the evening, then you'd book a park reservation for Magic Kingdom, visit that park in the morning, then you can hop over to Epcot any time after 2pm (assuming it's not full).
