I have just had my first experience of poor customer service from Disney when phoning to request BLC discount.
I booked 2 rooms on 18/05 and was told i could contact them to apply an offer that would be coming out later that week.
Today i was told i couldn't do that as i booked before May 20th and the cast member was very irritated when i said as deposits were currently refundable it would be worth cancelling and rebooking. She said that would be my choice if i wanted to take that risk and got further irritated when i asked her to check availability - she then said my code was out of date 😡
Does anyone know if the discount can be applied over the Easter holidays as I don't want the hassle of phoning back if the dates have black outs. I know the dining offer is not valid but was looking forward to a little discount.

Can you apply this to multiple bookings under different names? We are booking three rooms one for us and two others for two sets of parents, we all have different surnames if that affects or changes things?

I'm having no luck at all with the blue light card, me and hubby are both veterans he got his within 4 days I keep getting a message that I still need to pay but I've sent a screenshot of my payment from 3 weeks ago.

I notice they have an apology on the site tonight about delays and issues getting cards to people.

I got the BLC discount off my booking, just gave the cast member the code and she applied it no problem, it also shows up on your invoice.
