Me and dd love this and the US one, she enjoys the sailing one but I can't get that one so much. Real trash tv but good fun of an evening!

When we had a home i the Caribbean our next door neighbour was a ships captain, we used to see and meet a lot of crew, frankly mostly they were self centred and up their own backsides.
They earn well and live cost free so after a few seasons they can buy house etc, the tips are enormous. Another friend is a ship broker who organises yacht holidays for the well healed. The costs are phenomenal. Mostly they have to be hair follicle tested for drugs weekly because there is little else to spend their money on, one whole crew except the captain were sacked for drug use, the boat belonged to someone famous. The TV prog has some similarities to life on board. |

Yes drugs. Apparently prescribed drugs, for anxiety, but they have to be declared to the captain or they could lose their license. It was instant dismissal . Only an hour or two to get off the boat. To be honest even though I didnt like her, I think she had had enough as she was in love and her heart wasnt in it any longer |
