Zara
My dd received a dress for xmas along with the gift receipt from zara. The item was purchased on 7/11. I went to exchange it yesterday and they refused as it was before 20/11! Yesterday was the first day our shops opened since lockdown as we are in scotland. I am disgusted at their customer service. The dress is too small for dd so no use to us at all. I often shopped there but will no longer give them my custom! All other retailers seem to be accommodating with returns aswell!

I couldn't agree more di5ney, that's awful!
Do they have social media? People have reported happy outcomes from the likes of twitter, Facebook etc. Good Luck. hope you get some action and your DD gets either a new dress which fits or the money back |

Oh my goodness! so sorry - could you possibly find their Head Office phone number?
I'm sure that a less patient and polite person would be bombarding all that companies social media with public posts |

I agree that it's not great customer service but I think you might be fighting a losing battle. The store is not under any obligation to exchange or refund the dress unless it's faulty. I have a mental list of businesses that have treated me well during the pandemic and those are the ones that I'll be loyal to in the future.

Have you tried using Resolver. It is a free complaints platform. You input all details of the complaint and the system creates a letter for you. This goes straight to the head office. I have received positive responses very quickly from companies when I have used it.
