I'm afraid that's just the standard reply based on the currently scheduled date for the resumption of flights.

There have been lots of resumption dates and replies exactly like that over the last year or so.

Sooner or later one of these statements will prove correct, and another delay won't happen. Fingers crossed this is the one.
