My flight booking has disappeared

Thanks for checking. Will be a phone call tomorrow to the supplier so they can find out why my booking had disappeared from the virgin site I guess

Hi Marie, This happened with our return flight it was not showing when I tried a dummy booking we fly back on 17/11/18. We were originally scheduled to return on the 20.20 flight but VA merged the 19.15 and our flight so we are now returning at 19.15 but even now we can’t do a new booking for this flight and when I spoke to VA they said it was because the flight is now full. Hopefully you will get the answer/reassurances you need tomorrow but I do share you anxieties.

Crisis averted. Richard from mymagicholiday to the rescue again ☺️ Apparently the PnR number had gone awol and I’ve now been issued a new one which is showing all flights details as booked.

Glad to see you now have this sorted Marie, sorry for not replying to your earlier post I have only just seen it. Yes we can see our booking on VA website.
