Hi all, I might be confused but last year when we tried it we couldn’t use it as we couldn’t get it to accept our Revolut card, how do you pay?

I also played around with it as my husband doesn't eat cheese, and I found most burgers had an option to customise once you actually select them. It gave various ingredients that were included and then you could click the button to change that to "No thanks".

I think it will only accept normal credit cards (not prepaid) or dining plan at the moment.

Had a play last night. Get to payment screen but no opportunity to pay using DDP - I guess cause we haven't checked in yet and don't have the credits?

I thought I'd be able to see the option though - did uninstall and reinstall app and has latest update.

I had a play with it last night too and thought the same - no option to pay using DDP only credit card. I'm assuming also that the DDP will kick in on the app once we have checked-in?

Ahh. Ok good to know. Thanks. We only have 5 days DDP the rest is OOP so I'm guessing we'd have to use our CC then. I'm keen to use it as I've got little kids so this will cut our wait times down so much. Thanks

The app updated at the very end of Jan to allow payment with DDP. We used for our holiday (Feb1st - Feb 15th).

It works very smoothly and tells you the remaining balance after each order.

I can't see anywhere on the app that allows you to unselect things on your food such as tomatoes etc. There is an option to unselect cheese or bacon but not salad etc does that mean you would have to queue then if you need to leave such off. Seems a great system nut needs a few tweaks
