14 Day 3 park Universal - should I upgrade?

Going at start of July and have booked 1 night at Royal pacific for express passes.
We dont know if we will spend anymore time at the parks - other than 1 day in all 3 of them, and if we do it will probably be at night/ Boardwalk etc...

Would there be any point in us upgrading to Annual Pass for the pass benefits? There are 4 of us.

I dont really know aything about it, so any help appreciated.

The last couple of visits I've booked one annual pass with the benefits and then used that one pass when paying for hotels / merchandise. Think the discount on the hotel stay alone made it worthwhile. We ususally visit the Universal parks a lot so I buy the annual pass without the discouts for the rest of us.
