DC Refund

I emailed DC to cancel my reservation for October and I required a refund last Monday and have yet to have a reply

How long has others waited for a reply/ refund ?

Less than 24 hours for reply. Refund was about 5 days

Around 1 day later for reply,this was only yesterday so not had refund yet.

I emailed last weekend and haven't had a response yet. Not entirely sure if I'm using the right email address

I got a reply the same day and back on card a few days later.

Does anyone know if we pushed back our discovery cove booking by 1 week would we then not be allowed to cancel with full refund?

I�d prefer to call them but I�m presuming they don�t have a U.K. phone number?

I got reply 2 days later and refund went into bank a day later.
