Do you get early admission with universal preferred annual pass

We have universal 2 park preferred annual passes for the first time. Does anyone know if you get early admission to both parks with these tickets?

Preferred Annual Passholders can access Universal Studios Florida™ one hour before the theme park opens on the following days:

September 2018
September 1 – 13: 8:00 am
September 14 – 31: 7:00 am

October 2018
Oct 1 – 31: 7:00 am
