Our dogs are in the mud room it’s got a slate floor and a portable AC going for them
We had to bring the Frenchie in she absolutely loves the heat
Our whole granny flat is very cool but the main house is absolutely roasting so we’ve been invaded

I like the sun, but not the heat.
I don’t like being really cold either though - so spring and autumn suit me best.

We should have more nude beaches in the UK so we can let it all hang out on hot days (although in my case it wouldn't hang very far).

MH, you're like the BBC, nothing but repeats!

DH has to self-isolate as he got 'pinged' on Wednesday, so I have had to slog out and get the shopping. Absolutely roasting out there.

At least you don't have to pay me £159 a year for my repeats like you do with the BBC

I like the sun and the way it makes everyone feel but I dont like being out in it! We are winter holiday people & are so missing our Canada winter holidays but did have one bit of good news yesterday in that Trudeau has said Canada will open up to Americans next month and to ALL countries by end September as long as the vaccination prog continue well - oh please God we are able to go as usual in February for fun in the snow with out all of the present dam procedures. Bring on Autumn & Winter.
So glad we booked about flu jabs already now they going to roll them out to Secondary Schools.

I normally head for the shade as don’t like sitting in the sun but can’t even do that today as the garden is full of midges and you constantly feel itchy.

My wife has never liked the heat. I remember the first time that she came to Florida with me, we were just going to watch the Frozen show [I forget the full name] at Hollywood Studios and she fainted because of the heat. I didn't have time to catch her, she just went straight down. Disney cast were really good with her, they made sure that she was ok and asked if she needed to see a doctor but she refused. They took her back to the hotel, put her in a wheelchair and took her to our room where she stayed for a couple of days until she felt well enough to go back to the parks.

As for myself I used to love the sun. I would stay out in it all day but now I find that it's too much for me. I was saying to my wife that I honestly don't know if I could do Florida now. I always say that it's the last time after the holiday and then like so many other dibbers I go back again, but this time I honestly don't know if I could handle the heat out there as I am struggling with this heat over here
