That's good news, seems like Target closed it's International web-site which allowed non-US addresses to order the gift cards.

The Target International link which was at intl.target. com now diverts you to their main US web-site where a US address is required for sales tax reasons, but as you are using a Florida zip code there's no tax added.

So with gavvy's workaround we just looked at Walmart.com, we didn't set up an account and went through the process of buying a $25 Disney egift card as a guest.

Step 2 wanted a US address, so we entered one of our Welcome Home resort addresses, zip code and phone number.

That took us to step 3 with either a credit card box or a + More box to click, that opens a PayPal option box and takes you to PayPal to complete your order.

We didn't go through with the purchase as we had less than $50 in PayPal and wanted to try out Disney Shop.

Last year we discovered that we could use PayPal to buy a $25 Disney gift card at Target but not at the Disney Shop. com, but we did managed to purchase one with a credit card.

in fact we only ever purchased one or two of the $25 egift cards on Target via PayPal just to test it out.

Anyway, there's been a recent change at Disney Shop

You can enter your UK address and phone number and choose PayPal to check out, that now states Disney Worldwide or International and it all processed okay.

Received an email from Disney, part of which stated...
Our Disney Gift Card eGift is usually sent to a valid email address within 60 minutes but may take up to 24 hours.

At the same time we received an email from PayPal stating...
You submitted an order in the amount of $25.00 USD to Disney Shopping, Inc.

And 46-minutes later received an email Your shopDisney order is on its way

Followed seconds later by another email shopDisney | You’ve Received a Disney Gift Card eGift

Ten minutes later we had paid the $25 egift card towards our 2021 dues and it stated; Date: September 17, 2020, 3:15 PM Eastern Time. Payment Type: Disney Gift Card 618376844313-XXXX Remaining Balance $0.00

Clearly Disney Shop will now be a much better option as you are using your own UK address.

We will now start a new thread so to highlight the Disney Shop option.

And many thanks SnowWhite for asking the question and gavvy for answering with the zip code workaround as we wouldn't have relooked into the Disney Shop option.

That makes sense gavvy, Have now managed to buy 2 giftcards directly from the Disney store going through DisneyGiftCard.com/Manage
One arrived about an hour after placing the order and waiting for the other one to hit my email account
