Most economical resort to buy, Poly big riser
Poly has apparently risen to number 2, with SSR retaining its place as number 1.
If SSR’s dues keep going up at >5% will we finally see it lose its position of number 1 value resort? Here is the list according to DVC Resale Market: dvcresalemarket/blog...ase-fall-2019/ Beach Club awful value, at the bottom, due to its incredibly high price vs it’s life. Article linked worth a read and their blogs are usually very insightful as they have a lot of resale data.

This is a very interesting read. The poly is a great resort and we did a tour with a view for buying direct but the lack of room options meant it was never an option for us.
