I had till Jan 31 to bank this years points

the plan was use them for next year 2020, but we have paid cash for 1 week with free DDP ( we were / might be going with friends )

so the plan changed slightly, we were going to bank the points and go in 2021 for WDW and my 50th birthday, the points i have just banked, will i be able to use them in 2021 ? ? ? ? as they have moved to use year 2020 ? ? ?

As already answered, No as you need to use them by May 31st 2021- you have basically moved them from 19/20 - 20/21, if you go in Aug that's UY 21/22

might add on 2 nights a DVC resort on our stay next year, so 2 nights DVC, 7 nights cash booking and then 7 nights MVC
