What colour Unity Sand?

I'm USELESS at colour co-ordinating! My dress will be ivory, my bouquet will be red, what colour unity sands should I go for?

Think about it more so for the keepsake it will be after you are home. Do you want it to reflect your wedding itself or match better at home? If you want something that is in keeping with Disney I would say the white, red and black would be a good combination as it is typical for Disney.

Personally I like to work with three colours. A starter colour (perhaps the officiate could pour that one) and then your colour and then the grooms colour.

If you did those colours it would stay in keeping with your dress, flowers and also his tuxedo if he is wearing one.

If you end up with two colours you could always add a ribbon once you are home to pull it all together.

We had a sand ceremony and because we have 2 children we included them in it.

We all chose our favourite colours so ended up with yellow, blue, red and white with sparkles. We then topped it up with a bit of sand from the beach outside the wedding pavilion.

Linz xx
