Spent far too long on the phone yesterday afternoon but did eventually sort transferring over only to spot that Attraction Tickets Direct was £50 cheaper and you get an extra $50 gift card and a Star Wars magic band! Was so excited I forgot to get cashback but booked through them as well so now need to cancel Disney. I only persevered in case they allowed the extra $100 gift card from the 2019 offer to be transferred over like they did with the 2020 offer but alas no. As I was going for value anyway the gift basket isn't included and there was no mention of another free gift for those in tier 1 resorts so I don't think the extra cost is worth it looking at the T&Cs. Is there anything I'm missing with ATD at all? It looks like terms are very similar to WDW

Does anyone know if we book if it has free cancellation? I’ve had a look in the booking conditions, and on the offer T&Cs it says no amendment fees but nothing about if you cancel. I might have missed it but just wanted to check in case anyone knew? I will try and ring later to double check!

How do I persuade my husband to go next September even though we are going this December? 😂

Has anyone seen this error message before when trying to link their reservation to MDE?

There was an issue assigning one or more Guests to this reservation

I have 3 bookings and have the same error message for all of them.

“Persuade” ? Just don’t tell him! 🤣

For anyone who had previous bookings before this offer and therefore wanted to apply this offer, I managed to get through on the phone after around 3hrs. It can be done.

The main change to note are the terms and conditions in relation to the cancellation/change policy - you are now just switching to the standard policy - whereas previously you may have been part of the fully flexible one.

I had that issue last time I tried to make reservations and had to phone the I.T help desk not sure of the telephone number now sorry but I know it doesn’t open till midday our time ...only took 2 minutes to sort out on the phone

If you are talking direct with Disney - the new offer does not come with free cancellation - you would lose your deposit if you decide to cancel. I think you can amend though...
