I guess they assume people will now be renting cars at the airport, for which they can then charge parking fees at the resorts.

October is going to be the interesting one for us. Dining plan is never offered then, it’s Halloween, and therefore I would guess the chance of offers goes down...

Just need to convince the missus it’s a great time to go! And the 50th anniversary might just still be in place... might...

But the benefits of staying on site seem to be going down month by month, especially for the cost it is. On the other hand there is nothing like staying on site!

It’s been offered right up until Christmas in the past. Last year it wasn’t offered as it’s the 50th.

I didn’t know that, certainly makes it more of an interesting choice as to when to book!

I’ve had free dining at Halloween before.

Do you mean for 2019 bookings, or the 2019 release? My post was meant to say last year - as in it wasn’t offered past October for 2020.

So there isn't usually a paid dining plan after October 1st?

There’s usually a paid dining plan all year round. For 2020 it wasn’t offered free beyond October.

For 2010 I don’t think it was offered in December (we paid).

We got it free in Nov 2014.
