I think once they trial Blizzard Beach opening later this month, they will announce a date. I imagine it will open by June 🤷
Whether or not the US will open up to UK/Europe is another thing...

Blizzard beach has just reopened today. We watched an American v? log about it tonight, worth a look, so as numbers grow presume Typhoon Lagoon will follow. Maybe Easter or for Spring break
