I think it's really hard at the moment to find the balance, it feels like the worst has passed and we're all desperate to get back to living life to the full, I certainly am impatient! But that shadow is still the there. I flip between being super excited to travel and worried all our plans will go sour.

Babies (under 2) are exempt from everything.

I think that’s exactly what he is saying. That he isn’t going if that’s the case. It’s not worth the risk as it is a lot of money .
I probably won’t go either as I don’t want to be stuck in hotel room after day 3. We are only going 11 nights so would probably have to extend our trip etc. I’m waiting to see what is said today when hopefully It’s published and we know exactly what we need for sure.

That's exactly what I was meaning. It's just highly frustrating when we have so much mixed information floating about.

FWIW we are Due to fly in December with a 20 month old and if the poster above is correct and they don't need to test etc then we'll be fine but many other families won't be.

I wouldn't be signing any attestation form if I wasn't comfortable with the requirements, obviously.

It's an extremely stressful time for many people. Usually we are at the excited stage for a holiday but this feels the opposite. Hopefully they iron out all the issues ASAP and give everyone a bit more clarity.
