Pimp up my Boxing Day buffet!

I usually cook to a theme on Boxing Day, we generally host my parents and I like to make a fuss as we won’t have seen them on Christmas Day.
This year I’m drawn towards a buffet but I want to make it super nice. Thus far my list is feeling a little random, incoherent and carby so could do with inspiration:

- salmon side with soy/honey
- gammon
- hassleback new pots
- satay sprouts on cocktail sticks
- sausage roll wreath (m and s)
- homemade quiche - what flavour?
- baked camambert
- fresh bread
- homemade truffled mushroom pate
- Ottolenghi’s winter slaw
- Mac and cheese with hot dogs (for the pasta obsessed boy)

Pudding:
Pecan pie
Sticky toffee
Assorted left over puddings from the day before
Cheese

What would you add/remove? What do you have in your buffets?

No particular restrictions except my mum won’t eat meat on the bone and the smell of vinegar (pickles etc) makes my husband puke.

That’s the 27th! Anything goes day. Bubble and squeak with random stuff on the side.

Ah I love it. Best time of the year 😁. Pleasantly tipsy, my music blasting, nice dress, kitchen to myself. It’s my happy time!
