Internal Flights from MCO to Vegas
Please can anyone recommend me an airline (or tell me which airlines to avoid) for internal one way flight to Vegas in Nov?
We will have hold luggage. Have only previously done US domestic flights with Jet Blue, but a lot of carriers seem to do this route with big variations in price. Are there any I should avoid? Think prices will only go up so keen to get a move on with this. Frontier is the cheapest? Any experience? Thanks, Dibbers. x

Ive travelled alot within the US with Delta.
Never had a problem with them! Try sky scanner for prices!

Hi Rachel
I have not got any experience but I recently watched a vlog and they flew frontier MCO to Milwaukee I believe and they said they'd never fly with frontier again. It might help you. I have only flown JetBlue on the internal flight too.

For internal flights, I just use Kayak and then look for the best prices from the major carriers (Delta, American, United and Southwest) for a direct flight (assuming there is one for the route in question) around the time of day I wish to travel, although I have a preference for Delta, having always had good flights with them.
From a quick search, it doesn't look like there are many options for direct flights from MCO - LAS, possibly only Frontier. |

Currently only the LCCs operate this route direct, I would go with Southwest.

We've got a Vegas/Orlando multi-centre booked for April/May this year (booked through Trailfinders) and our internal flights are with American Airlines, although we have to connect at Dallas Fort Worth.

Delta you pay at check in
Personally I like JetBlue out of the LCCs with SouthWest ( whose fares include a checked bag per person ) a close second. You will find the likes of JetBlue and Southwest tend to publish fares and schedules later than the likes of Delta and AA. Best to look at their own websites to see how far they are booking now (and they tend not to show up on Kayak and Skyscanner anyway) |
