WDW 2018 increasing waits trend?

It makes the last three weeks of Jan and the first half of Feb seem quiet in comparison.

Actually looking back at the same day last year it was just as busy.

Animal Kingdom has obviously seen the biggest jump as Pandora has since opened.

Except for AK, it looks like there was quite a noticeable difference going from 2016 to 2017. In 2016 (and before) the crowd levels were around 4/10 and then from 2017 onwards they were around 9/10.

Either Spring Break has started earlier since 2017 or Disney has done something (such as reduced ride capacity) at this time of year since 2017.
